銀行に確認しましたがSWIFTコードに間違いはないようです。
送った資料は、銀行のサイトからダウンロードしたPDFなので正しいはずです。
そのため、送金ができない理由がわかりません。
なのでお手数ですが、送金出来なければ他の銀行へ入金してください。
購入前に下記書類をいただけますか。
書類がないと日本に輸入ができません。
また通関ごとに毎回書類が必要になります。
商品一本あたりの※の含有量はそれぞれ何パーセントになりますか？
保存は冷蔵庫が良いでしょうか？
品質保持期限も教えてください。
