I checked the signal from the device, and found the followings.
Condition of device without error: Signal of error occurs. ⇒ Warning occurs in the control room.
Condition of device with error: Signal of error stops. ⇒Warning does not occur in the control room.
Namely the signal from the device is opposite by the condition without error and with error.
I found a problem at neither relay terminal within the device nor data logger.
The setting might be changed by updating of software conducted last month.
I checked the signal from the equipment and I found out the following thing.
Equipment normal condition: “abnormal” signal transmission→ Alarm occurred in the control room
Equipment abnormal condition: “abnormal” signal stopped→ Alarm didn’t occur in the control room
This is being said, it makes it the other way whether the signal from the equipment is normal or abnormal.
The relay terminal or data logger inside of the equipment had nothing wrong.
Maybe the setting has changed due to the software updates implemented last month.
As we confirmed the signal from the device, the following were found:
Device under normal condition: "Abnormal" signal dispatched --> Warning occurs inside the control room
Device under abnormal condition: "Abnormal" signal termination --> Warning does not occur inside the control room
In other words, the signal sent from the device are mixed up under the conditions of normal and abnormal.
No issues were found with the relay terminal or data logger inside the device.
Due to the software update performed last month, the setting might be possibly modified.
