After returning the item, I understand to pay back though, I like it to be replaced.
Because after returning the money and reorder it, the cost high higher than the present purchase cost.
Even though there is problem with the item, it is strange the purchase cost rises the former cost.
Could you please think about my purchasing it at the previous cost?

I understand that I will get a refund after returning the item. However, I would like an exchange.

I understand that after my returning the item, I will get the money back, but what I want to do is to exchange the product.
