商品を返品後、返金するということはわかりましたが、私は交換を希望しています。
返金後に再注文となると、現在の価格は購入価格より高くなっています。
商品に問題があるにもかかわらず、初めの購入価格よりも高く支払うのはどうかと思います。
初めに購入した価格で購入できるような配慮はいただけないのでしょうか？

After returning the item, I understand to pay back though, I like it to be replaced.
Because after returning the money and reorder it, the cost high higher than the present purchase cost.
Even though there is problem with the item, it is strange the purchase cost rises the former cost.
Could you please think about my purchasing it at the previous cost?
