ブルーレイプレーヤーを使用して3日目に故障しました。
ブルーレイプレーヤーでブルーレイを再生中に突然画面がフリーズしました。
また、リモコンにも反応しなくなりました。
仕方なくアダプターを外して電源を切りました。
その後から、ブルーレイプレーヤーの電源が入らず、再生中だったブルーレイが取り出せないままの状態です。
ブルーレイプレーヤーからブルーレイを取り出して、修理もしくは交換していただけないでしょうか。

A blue-ray player which I had started to use three days before broke.
The screen suddenly froze when I played blue-ray using the blue-ray player.
It also didn't react to its remote.
I couldn't do nothing, so I took the adapter out and turned off power.
After that, the blue-ray player didn't plug in and I cannot take the blue-ray being played out.
Could you take the blue-ray out from the player and repair it or change it?

The remote controller stopped reacting, too.
So I had no choice but removing the adapter and turned off the power.
But since then the blue ray player does not get turned on, so the blue ray that was playing is still stuck in it.
Could you please remove the blue ray from the blue ray player and fix/replace it?

Player will also not response to remote controller.
There was no choice but to take off the adapter and turn the power down.
Thereafter, power of the player will not turn on and disc can not be removed.
