今回お送りしました作務衣の首の部分に黒い下げ札があるかと思います。
そこに商品番号「7500」という数字の下にサイズの表記がありますが、そこが「M」になっておりますでしょうか？もしそうであるならば"Medium"サイズでお送りした商品は間違えありません。
アジア系の人と欧米系の方のサイズの違いは手足の長さと言われております。
もし、Mサイズで小さい場合はお手数ですが返品いただいてLサイズをご注文いただけますでしょうか。何卒よろしくお願い致します。

The size difference between Aigan and European said to be mainly found in the length of arms and legs.

Could you confirm the clothes size is "M"?
If so, the clothes size is medium size, which means there is no problem.
