今回お送りしました作務衣の首の部分に黒い下げ札があるかと思います。
そこに商品番号「7500」という数字の下にサイズの表記がありますが、そこが「M」になっておりますでしょうか？もしそうであるならば"Medium"サイズでお送りした商品は間違えありません。
アジア系の人と欧米系の方のサイズの違いは手足の長さと言われております。
もし、Mサイズで小さい場合はお手数ですが返品いただいてLサイズをご注文いただけますでしょうか。何卒よろしくお願い致します。

There is the item number "7500" on the tag, and the size of the item is indicated under that. Can you please confirm the size "M" is written there?
If so, the item is in "Medium" size and it is the right item which you ordered.
It is said that the length of arms and legs are different between Asian people and Western people.
So, if "Medium" size is too small for you, I am sorry for bothering you, but please return the item to us and place an order for "Large" size instead? I would appreciate your help.
