洗浄工程について、簡単に纏めました。
添付ファイルを見てもらうとわかると思いますが、製品の受入から洗浄工程に入るまでの待ち時間が2～3週間掛かります。また、新規の洗浄になると技術検討して、工程書の作成から入るので、その待ち時間に＋1～2週間掛かるイメージです。
ですので、製品の受入から2週間後に今回のような問題が発覚することは、大変申し訳ないのですが、現状起こりうるのが実情です。
改善しなければならない点だとはわかっていますが、工場の現状を考えると、すぐには改善できない状況です。

As for process of washing, we summarized it simply.
You can find in the attached file that it takes 2 ~3 weeks from product acceptance to washing process. In addition, for a fresh washing, as it start making process document after a new washing technical talks, it will take additional 1 ~ 2 weeks.
Therefore, to emerge this kind of issue 2 weeks after accepting product, I am sorry but, it would be actually possible to occur.
Although we understand to improve it, we cannot work on it right away in regard of factory's condition.

So I'm really sorry about this happened that after 2weeks we accepted products. Please understand this situation it's not rare care reality.
