洗浄工程について、簡単に纏めました。
添付ファイルを見てもらうとわかると思いますが、製品の受入から洗浄工程に入るまでの待ち時間が2～3週間掛かります。また、新規の洗浄になると技術検討して、工程書の作成から入るので、その待ち時間に＋1～2週間掛かるイメージです。
ですので、製品の受入から2週間後に今回のような問題が発覚することは、大変申し訳ないのですが、現状起こりうるのが実情です。
改善しなければならない点だとはわかっていますが、工場の現状を考えると、すぐには改善できない状況です。

We summarized that cleaning process.
As you can see file attachment,it takes about 2-3weeks wait for accept the products to start for cleaning process. In addition , if it's cleaning process for the first time which is more takes 1-2weeks,because we have to have technical meeting at first. And then we can start make process book.
So I'm really sorry about this happened that after 2weeks we accepted products. Please understand this situation it's not rare care reality.
We know we have to change this process but it is not possible when we concider about our present situation
of factory.
