この万年筆は全て職人の手作業で作成されているため、こうしたsmall tipsは発生しやすい現状です。
出荷前に検品は行っておりますが、この程度のtipsは許容範囲と判断しています。
もしお気に召さない場合は返金させて頂きます。
この事象はpenの不具合の可能性と、寒さによるインク自体の漏れの可能性の2通りの可能性がございます。
ケース3とも共通する内容ですが、寒さの厳しいアメリカの冬はＡ製のインクは漏れやすい傾向があるようです。
現状はfine tipに交換する方法がありません。

Since this fountain pen is all made by a craftsman as a manual labor this type of small tips likely to happen.
We do inspect prior to shipment, yet this type of tips are considered as a tolerance level.
If you are not happy with the purchase, I'll be happy to refund.
This phenomenon has 2 possibilities, which are caused by the pen's malfunction and the leakage of the ink itself caused by the cold.
It also applies to the case 3, but the ink of A product is more likely to leak in the severe cold weather in America.
At this point, there is no way to exchange to the fine tip.
