この万年筆は全て職人の手作業で作成されているため、こうしたsmall tipsは発生しやすい現状です。
出荷前に検品は行っておりますが、この程度のtipsは許容範囲と判断しています。
もしお気に召さない場合は返金させて頂きます。

この事象はpenの不具合の可能性と、寒さによるインク自体の漏れの可能性の2通りの可能性がございます。
ケース3とも共通する内容ですが、寒さの厳しいアメリカの冬はＡ製のインクは漏れやすい傾向があるようです。

現状はfine tipに交換する方法がありません。

As this fountain pen is made by workers with their hands by 100 percent, this kind of small tips often happen currently.
We inspect items before sending them, but decided that this kind of tips are allowable.
If you do not like it, I will issue you a refund.

For this phenomenon, we have 2 possibilities. On is defect of the pen, and another is ink is leaked due to coldness. It is common to all 3 cases that the ink of A tends to leak in the very cold winter in the States.

I do not have a way to exchange it with fine tips now.
