In Japan, we usually solve the problem by transferring money other than the commission fee to the account of Industrial and Commercial Bank in Hong Kong in JPY in the case the international remittance fails.
Wouldn't the money which I transferred by mistake return to the account of Industrial and Commercial Bank in Hong Kong automatically?

In Japan when international money transfer is failed, we take back by paying the money, excluding charge for service, to a business bank account in Hong Kong in Japanese Yen.
I suppose the money I transfered by my mistake would return to my account of the business bank in Hong Kong, does not it?

In Japan, if international remittance is impossible, we will refund the amount excluding the fee in Japanese yen through Hong Kong's Industrial and Commercial Bank's personal account.
