If you ask KHL in Thailand where you shipped the item and give me a tracking number available to track by Japanese Post Office, where by Japanese Post Office you shipped the item to cannot be said more and we can inspect ourselves and so please cope with it.

If you could query to DHL Thailand, shipper courier, of the tracking number which is able to be traced by Japan Post, we can tracked where did Japan Post delivered the item and investigate on our own without further escalation of complaints regarding this matter. Appreciate your cooperation.

Please contact the DHL in Thailand, who shipped the order, and get the tracking number which I can use to track the order through Japan Post. If you could do that, I don’t have to complain anymore, and I can search for it myself.
