私の好きなことは登山とスキーです。理由は、どちらも大自然の中に身を置いて、気持ちをリフレッシュできるからです。登山は、土の匂いや風を感じながら、雄大な景色を眺めて歩くことで、日頃の小さな悩み事を消し去ってくれます。スキーは、自分の限界に挑戦できるスポーツです。スピードや技術を追求しながら山を滑る事によって得る独特の体験は、日常生活ではできません。そしてその体験は頭をクリアにしてくれます。登山もスキーも、20年以上経験してますが、その全てが充実した時間を私に与えてくれました。

I like skiing and mountain climbing. The reason is that I can refresh my feeling by staying in the nature for both.
As for mountain climbing, I can get rid of my small problem in every life by feeling smell of soil and wind while walking by seeing enormous landscape. The skiing is a sport I can challenge to my maximum ability. I cannot have the unique experience that I obtain while climbing the mountain by pursuing speed and technology in daily life. This experience makes my head clear. I have been experiencing mountain climbing and skiing for more than 20 years, and all of them have made me feel full.

My favorite things are to climb mountains and ski. The reason is because I can refresh in the huge natures. Mountaineering is by walking selling soil and feeling wind as well as seeing grand views, and it sweeps away daily bit of worries. Skiing is a sport to challenge my limit. By skiing slopes while making better of speed and skills unique experience cannot be obtains in daily life. In addition, the experience makes my mind clear. Both mountaineering and skiing are my 20 years' doings, and whole their things have given me fulfilling time.
もしそれらをしない生活を送っていたとしたら、どんな人生になっているのか？恐ろしくて考えられません。最近では趣味の範囲を超えて、登山ガイド資格を取得しました。週末は副業として登山ガイドをしています。お客様との登山では、ただ山を登るだけでは無く、自然の素晴らしさに気づいてもらえる様に心がけています。今年はスキーガイドの資格も取得する予定なので、さらに楽しい冬になりそうです。私にとって、非日常の体験をする事がストレス解消になる様です。

Without those hobbies, how would my life be? I feel terrified imagining it. Recently, I have qualified as a mountaineering guide. It means it has gone beyond a kind of hobby. On weekends, I worked as a guide for a side job. When I guide my customers, I try to let them feel the wonderful nature, not only enjoy climbing mountains.
As I am going to get another qualification as a ski guide, i will be able to enjoy winter much more. To experience extraordinary activity makes me relieve from stress, I believe.

Without those, what my life would have been. I cannot imagine as it makes me fear. Recently, as more than my hobby, I got a mountain guide license. At the weekend, I work as a mountain guide for my side job. During mountain climbing with visitors, not only climbing mountains, I try to make them realize splendid nature. This year, I will take a ski guide license, it would be more fantastic winter. For me, it seems to relieve stresses by experiencing unusual things.

What was my life like if I do not experience them? I am too scared to think about it. Recently I went beyond them as a hobby, and passed in the test of guide of mountain climbing. On weekend, I have been working as a guide of mountain climbing as part-time job. When I am with my customers, I try not only to climb the mountain but also make them notice how wonderful the nature is. As I will obtain the qualification of skiing guide this year, it will be more enjoyable winder. It seems to me that I can remove stress by experiencing what I do not experience in daily life.
