日本郵便は、発送した人からの問い合わせでなければ、調査するために動かないみたいです
しかし、海外からの問い合わせは受け付けていないようです
(英語対応している様ですが、国内のみ)
とりあえず、あなたからの報告で「27日に日本の税関にログインしている」とのことを知って、
私はそれを信じて、また一週間待ってみることにします

The tracking state has not been updated at the Japan Post.
The Japan Post seems not to do anything unless a shipper himself has to make an inquiry to investigate.
However, they do not accept any inquires from overseas.
(They can speak in English but only within Japan.)
Anyway, from your report I knew, you were logging in Japanese customers on 27th, I will wait one more week.
If you have any news about the item, please tell me.
