レンズがぐらつくとのことですが、どの種類のレンズをご利用になっているか教えていただけないでしょうか？ぐらつくのはボディーのマウントでしょうか？それともレンズの接合部分が合わないということでしょうか？
提案させていただきたいのですが、修理代として＄５0を返金させていただきたく思いますが、いかがでしょうか？
カメラ本体に問題がなく返品する場合の返送料はお客様負担となりますがよろしいでしょうか？

You told the lens was unstable, but I would like to know what kind of lens you use. Is the unstableness caused by body mounting or is it that the lens's connection is not proper?
I would like to suggest you to issue as a repair cost of $50. What do you think of it?
Cost of shipping when you return without no problem with the camera itself you are going to pay for that. Is it all right?

You said the lens is unsteady, but could you tell me which type of lens you use? Is the body mount unsteady? Or does just the connecting part of the lens unfit?
How about that I pay you back $50 as the charge for repair?
Is it fine that you pay the price if you return the item without any problems on the camera itself?

I'd like to suggest you, how about I'll return 50 dollars to you for repair?
