現在荷物が梱包破損の為､営業所で止まっているいるようです｡
まだスーツケースを受け取っていませんが､もし受け取った時点でなんらかの破損があった場合
返品もしくは一部返金の対応をお願いできないでしょうか?特に大きな損傷がなければスーツケースをそのまま受け取ります｡

The luggage currently seems stopping at the branch office due to the packing breakage.
I have not received the suitcase yet, howevr if there is any breakage when I received it, could I ask you to return it or receive a partial refund? If there are not any major defects, I will receive it as it is.

It seems that our package is stuck in the branch office due to the packing damage now.
