現在荷物が梱包破損の為､営業所で止まっているいるようです｡
まだスーツケースを受け取っていませんが､もし受け取った時点でなんらかの破損があった場合
返品もしくは一部返金の対応をお願いできないでしょうか?特に大きな損傷がなければスーツケースをそのまま受け取ります｡

It seems that our package is stuck in the branch office due to the packing damage now.
I haven’t received the suitcase, however, if there is any damage when I received it, could I possibly return it or have a partial refund, please? If there isn’t any greatly conspicious damage, I will take the suitcase. Thank you.
