その後の経過はどうなりましたでしょうか？
念のため、再度インボイスを添付いたします。
もし、パッケージが戻ってこないのであれば、
商品代金を返金していただく事は可能ですか？

Can you tell me the current states after that?

If the package cannot be returned, would it be possible for you to issue a refund for the item price?
