こちらAmazonの倉庫から発送している製品となりまして、イギリスやフランス、ドイツやイタリア等をAmazonの倉庫間で移動している際に、何者かにズボンだけ抜き取られたのではないかと考えています。
申し訳ございませんが、弊社で対応が難しい為、Amazonに返品したい旨を伝えていただき、改めて製品を購入いただく形になるかと思います
