As we gave the right to Company A in Article 12.8, I think it would be appropriate to deal Company A in the same way as the previous contract in Article 12.9, 12.10 and 12.10 as well.

I believe that according to article 12.8, rights were bestowed to company A. Furthermore, article 9, 10, 11 also points out that it is right to treat company A the same way as in the case of the previous contract.
