Polofolioはpoloniex.comのAPIをつかっているので、poloniexのサーバ負荷が高いときなどはうまくつながらない時があります。
APIにはIPで制限がかけられていることもあるので、アプリを再起動してwifiなして繋いで見てください。

As Polofolio uses the API of poloniex.com, the connection may not be well established when the server load of polonix is high.
Sometimes API is restricted by IP, so please reboot the APPs and try to connect without Wi-Fi to see how it works.

As I used Polofolio's poloniex.com API, sometimes when polonex's server loading is high, it does not work well.
As API is sometimes limited on IP, please connect without wifi by start upping again.
