以前は基本的に平均週３日程オフィス勤務してました。
忙しい時は週５日の時もありました。
仕事に余裕のある時は週に１ー２度ほど出社し、作業指示をM氏から受け、課題作業を自宅にて行ってました。

When I wasn't sn busy, I went to the office once or twice a week, and I got work instruction from Mr. M and I did the task at home.
When I worked at home, I used my own personal computer.
I used the basic design soft from my personal computer.
This time, when I get back to start working again, if I can borrow the lap top computer from the company, it will be easier for me to contact by email.
I sent the medical certificate to get back to work to the personnel department last week.
