I've already contacted to Jatco personel and asked to take a picture after chop the luggage by May 31st.
The person in charge is not at the office because of business trip to abroad until today and I can't confirm at this moment, but I will confirm it again tomorrow.
Please confirm on money back guarantee in case of abandonment.

I have been contacting to a staff of Jatco and asking the staff to cut the luggage into pieces and take pictures of them by May 31st.
But, the staff is out of the office today because the staff is on the business trip, so I can't contact him/her and I will check with him/her tomorrow.
Please check about refund guaranty if I waste the luggage.
