Jatcoの担当者に5/31までにLuggageを切り刻んで、写真を取って欲しいという連絡はしています。
担当者が本日まで海外出張で不在の為、確認が取れていないので明日また確認します。
廃棄した場合の返金保証確認もお願いいたします。

I have been contacting to a staff of Jatco and asking the staff to cut the luggage into pieces and take pictures of them by May 31st.
But, the staff is out of the office today because the staff is on the business trip, so I can't contact him/her and I will check with him/her tomorrow.
Please check about refund guaranty if I waste the luggage.
