I also received many reports that users cannot use application in review of GooglePlayStore.

There was a report about application defect from a customer.
When inputting user's ID and password, the application comes off and smartphone's power supply gets off too.

Also, in a GoolePlayStore review, there are many reports that the application cannot be used.

Our customers reported failures of the apps.
