I made inquiry of the post office in Japan, but I was told that the change of the address of the international mail cannot be made when it goes abroad. Japanese post office does not provide any service such as changing address. I also have no idea how to contact the post office in Hong Kong. Unfortunately I can do nothing from my side.
Also I made shipment to the address which is registered on A site. Please confirm. As it is not our fault, we cannot cope with it. we appreciate if you can understand the circumstances.
