私は日本の郵便局に問い合わせましたが、国際便の住所変更は、国外に出た時点で、変更は不可能だと言われました。日本の郵便局には住所変更のようなサービスはありません。私も香港の郵便局に問い合わせる方法が分かりません。こちらからはどうすることも出来ません。

I inquired post office in Japan. But they said that it is impossible to change address after the item is out of Japan in case of international mail. In the post office in Japan, they do not have a service such as changing address. I do not know how to inquire the post office in Hong Kong, either. I cannot do anything here.
