eBayでの販売活動において、以下の条件に当てはまらないようにする必要があると認識しております。

・販売件数が25件以下の方
・売上総額が250米国ドル以下の方
このアカウントは現在、21日間の資金保留の制限がかかっておりますが、
上記のどの条件に当てはまっているのでしょうか。
そしてあとどれぐらい販売すればこの保留は解除されるでしょうか。
