しかしながら、セラーからは連絡をいただけませんでした。

I would like to return the product (№1234) which I received on 30 September and also would like to have a refund for it. And I request the seller to bear the return shipping fee.
I have shown my intention of canceling the product to the seller two times, for which I had made payment, via eBay's homepage.
However, the seller never responded me.

I want to return an article (No. 1234) which I received on September 30 and would like to have its refund amount.
And let the seller handle the postage.
Regarding the amount I paid for that purchased item, I had already gave confirmation of cancellation from my side to the seller on September 22, for the item I purchased on September 20 through eBay homepage.
But, I haven't received any reply from the seller yet.

I want to return the item(No.1234) that I received on Spt. 30 and get back the expense. I also want the seller to pay for the shipping charge when I send it back.
I told the seller twice (Sept. 20 and 22) via the home page of eBay that I would cancel the item for which I had already paid the expense. But the seller hasn't contacted me yet.
