見積もりをとるためにパッキングリストが必要です。
はやめに送っていただければ３月３０日に業者の手配が出来ます。
また荷物を送るときは4月 4日 (火)必着とあなたからも業者に伝えて下さい。

I am planning to use two forwarding company as there are many luggage.
I need a packing list in order to get a quote.
If you could send it to me at the earliest, I should be able to arrange them on March 30th.
Please also notify the forwarders from your end that the shipping items must arrive no later than Tuesday April 4.
