以前に商品Aを購入したお客様から再注文を検討しているとの連絡がありました。
再注文にあたって、2点質問をいただきました。
(1)冷却用の水を流すホースを長くすることはできるのか？
(2)冷却用のホースのみをもう1本余計につけてもらうことはできるのか？
お客様はできれば冷却用のホースを直接水道からとってきて使いたいとのことでした。
もしも質問内容に対応できなくても購入の意思があるようです。
お忙しいところ恐縮ですが回答をいただけると幸いです。

I got a message from a customer who had purchased product A before that he was thinking about ordering one again.
Before placing an order, he has the following questions.
(1) Is it possible to lengthen the hose for cooling water?
(2) Is it possible to receive an extra hose for cooling water?
If possible, he would like to fix the hose directly to the faucet.
Even if these questions are not feasible, it seems that he would still like to purchase the hose.
