Where this Contract is subject to the Purchaser obtaining finance, the Contract is conditional upon the Purchaser obtaining approval for the granting of a loan:
(a) Before the Latest Time stated in the Contract;
(b) From the Lender named in the Contract (or a lender acceptable
to the Purchaser);
(c) Upon reasonable terms and conditions in the circumstances.

TRADE-IN DECLARATION:
I hereby certify that this trade-in is my own unencumbered property except as otherwise stated above, and has not been subject to flood conditions, hail damage, repaired due to hail damage, is not on the Write-off Register, or excluded from Manufacturers Warranty and has not been used as a taxi or hire car.

The vehicle is not subject to any defect or traffic infringement notice and the kilometers on the odometer are true and accurate.

ACCEPTANCE OF CONTRACT:
I hereby certify that I’ve carefully read and agree to all the terms and conditions on the front, back and any covenants attached to this order. At the time of my signing this order all material particulars therein are duly completed and this order comprises the entire agreement in relation to the purchase of the goods.
I am aware that until this order has been signed on behalf of the dealer by a duly authorized person, this order does not constitute a legally binding contract. I am 18 years old or older and acknowledge receipt of a copy of this order.
