商品到着時にお客様が不在の場合は、盗難防止のため、不在通知書をお客様の郵便受けなどに入れており、玄関前に商品を置くことはできません。
不在通知書に記載されている郵便局に再配達のご連絡をされるか、商品を保管している郵便局で商品をお受け取り下さい。
なお、注文のキャンセルは24時間以内にご連絡ください。ご連絡がない場合は、発送手続きを進め、2月7日か2月8日には、トラックナンバー付きの速達便で発送いたします。

You can contact the post office written in the notification to deliver the product again, or you can retrieve the product directly to the post office by yourself.
Furthermore, if you wish to cancel your order, then please contact us within 24 hours. If there is no contact, then we will proceed with the delivery procedures. We will deliver the product on February 7 or 8 using express delivery with tracking number attached.
