商品到着時にお客様が不在の場合は、盗難防止のため、不在通知書をお客様の郵便受けなどに入れており、玄関前に商品を置くことはできません。
不在通知書に記載されている郵便局に再配達のご連絡をされるか、商品を保管している郵便局で商品をお受け取り下さい。
なお、注文のキャンセルは24時間以内にご連絡ください。ご連絡がない場合は、発送手続きを進め、2月7日か2月8日には、トラックナンバー付きの速達便で発送いたします。

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, a delivery notice will be placed in your mail box. In order to avoid theft, we will not leave the parcel in front of your door unattended.
In that case, please follow the instruction on the delivery notice and request the post office to delivery the parcel at the time specified by you. You can also pick up the parcel at the post office.
In case of cancellation, please let us know within 24 hours. If we do not hear from you further, we will process the shipment and dispatch your order on 7 or 8 February by express with a tracking number.
