当該2次使用料支払いは現在調整中ですが、今回支払先が日本のビデオ制作会社の為、支払いを一時的に東京の本社に立て替えてもらう事になると思います。発注書は東京本社に向け発行してください。後日東京本社から貴方に請求書が届きます。諸条件と費用に問題なければ最終な契約書纏めます。問題ないですか？
支払いは円建てになります。為替レートの変動により実際請求される金額には若干の誤差が出ることご了承ください。

The corresponding secondary royalty payment is currently under adjustment, but I think that the temporary payment would be handed over to the headquarters in Tokyo due to the fact that the payment recipient is a video production company in Japan. Please issue a purchase order sheet to the headquarters in Tokyo. The invoice will be sent to you from the headquarters in Tokyo later. We will compile the final contract sheet if the conditions and the costs are acceptable. Would it work for you?
