また、別件ですが、IPアドレス取得不可のエラーと、コンパスエラーが発生しています。
コンパスエラーはコンパスキャリブレーションを実施しても直りません。
これはどのように対応すればよいでしょうか。

Currently we are confirming the e-mail address with the customer.
In another incident, we are seeing the error that IP address is not provided and the compass error.
Regarding the compass error, the compass calibration does not help.
Please tell me how to cope with the errors?

I am still checking with the client about the mail address issue.
On a different matter, there are two problems occurring at the moment which are IP address obtaining error and a compass error.
I have tried the compass calibration, but it does not seem to work.
Please give me directions in order to fix them.
