こちらに全く非がないのにケースを上げられてとても残念に思っています。
今まで長い間ebay販売をしていますが
今回みたいな事は初めてです。
上記の件で販売金額がロックされています。
ケースのクローズと資金ロックはいつ解除されますか？
今後の販売活動もあり
大きな金額なので
とても心配です。

I am not to be blamed. But the case was specified and I am very disappointed.
I have been selling at eBay for a long time, but it is my first experience.
The sales amount is locked due to above problem.
When will the closed case and locked fund be removed?
I am going to sell items in the future, and it is quite a large amount.

I am really sorry the customer escalated the case in spite that we are not responsible for it.
I have long been selling on eBay, but this is the first experience for me such as this.
Due to the case above, the amount of the retail price has been locked.
When will the case be closed and will the lock of the fund be unlocked?
As we need to plan the sales in the future and the amount of money is pretty large, I am really concerned about it.
