こちらに全く非がないのにケースを上げられてとても残念に思っています。
今まで長い間ebay販売をしていますが
今回みたいな事は初めてです。

上記の件で販売金額がロックされています。
ケースのクローズと資金ロックはいつ解除されますか？
今後の販売活動もあり
大きな金額なので
とても心配です。

I have been used eBay for sales for long time,
but I face on such problem at first time.

My sales amount is under locked due to above matter.
When can you close this case and unlock my fund?
I am very worried about that because I have future sales activity and it is very huge amount of fund.
