お送りした品について製造元と確認したところ、破損、故障ではない可能性が極めて高い事が分かりました。
何故なら同じ品を製造元から再度購入した結果、頂いた写真と同じ状態の物だった為です。新たな品を再送しても同じ状態の物をお届けする事になります。従ってまだ発送していません。試しに電源を入れ正常に動くか（水を入れ温まるか）確認頂けないでしょうか。尚日米間では電圧が異なる為変圧器を使用下さい。

I tried purchasing the same item directly from the manufacturer, and the picture I received were in the same condition. If I were to send you a new one, then you will receive it in the same condition as the one you have now. I have not delivered it because of that. Please try to turn on the power and see if it works normally (will it warm the water you pour in it)? Also, the voltage in Japan and US is different, so please use a transformer.
