何故なら同じ品を製造元から再度購入した結果、頂いた写真と同じ状態の物だった為です。新たな品を再送しても同じ状態の物をお届けする事になります。従ってまだ発送していません。試しに電源を入れ正常に動くか(水を入れ温まるか)確認頂けないでしょうか。尚日米間では電圧が異なる為変圧器を使用下さい。
