本来、中国向けに茶を輸出する際、輸入港の衛生検査と検疫手続きに合格すれば税関にて貨物の通関申請を行うことができます。しかし現在、中国側が求める放射性物質検査証明書様式が日中間で定まっていないため、原則日本の茶は中国へ輸出出来ません。

When you export the tea to China, you can originally apply customs clearing of the cargo if the cargo passes the sanitary survey and the quarantine inspection. However, basically you cannot export the tea grown in Japan to China now because the format of the certificate for the inspection of the radioactive material which China is requesting has not been agreed between Japan and China yet.

You can generally declare your tea packages to China at the customs if you pass a hygiene test and a quarantine at the port when you export. However, nowadays you basically can not export it, because there is no agreement of the format of the certificate of radiation test which China request between Japan and China.
