ワールドコインズジャパンでNGCグレーディング代行サービスを利用します。
そこでケースの交換してもらいます。（リホルダーと言います）
アメリカのNGC社へ送るので３ヶ月かかります。
リホルダーに$40.００かかります。２種類あるので$80.00になります。
PayPalで一部$80.00返金をお願いします。

It arrived in Japan from an Oregon forwarder.
Two different kinds of slab cases were damaged.
I paid $5500 for them. It was a stab in the wallet.
I don't easily want to return them because they are rare items.
I use an outsourcing service of NGC grading at World Coins Japan.
I will ask them to replace the damaged cases with new ones (what is called "reholder").
Reholding will take about three months because I have to send them to GNC in America.
It would need $40 for reholding. In other words, it would cost me $80 for two cases.
Please make a partial refund, $80, via PayPal.

As it is a rare item, I do not want to return it easily.
I will use a service substituting NGC grading by World Coins Japan.
I ask them to exchange the case (it is called reholder).
