It arrived form the transfer company to Japan from Oregon State.
There was a damage on two slavic cases.
I have paid $550, and it's a painful expenditure.
Since they are rare items I hate to return them.
I will use the NGC grading agent service at World Coins Japan.
I will have them exchange the cases there.( it's called reholder)
It takes three months to send them back to NGC America.
It will cost %40.00 for the reholder, and it will be $80.00 as there are two kinds.
