ビジネスで重要な事は、問題が発生したらその対応の仕方です。今回は問題を未然に防ぐことが出来ましたが、この書類にサインをもらっていたら私達は信用を失うところでした。

Not only did you send us a fake document, you also did not apologize at all. You even requested us to give a receiver sign back.
