タグを付けなければ日本で販売
することはできないので、早くタグを配送してほしい。

I called the forwarder but couldn't connect.
I emailed them but I don't know when they'll reply.

They sent me an invoice, but was even that no good?
If I don't attach the tag I can't sell in Japan, so I want them to deliver the tag soon.
