If the address is not wrong, then it may have been involved in some kind of a trouble at a post office. The shipping cost was free when your order was shipped from here, but when you return it you will be responsible for a return shipping fee. It will be 530 yen. If you are not happy with your order and if you like, I can refund your money. I am sorry for the inconvenience.
