In manual, item description clearly states that the item is made of silver-925.
It is also true that clasp is made of 18K gold.
Considering these facts, I do not have to refund in the first place.
No matter what you say, return shipping charge is on you.

アメリカ国内から無事発送されたら送料を返金します。

このまま商品を送ってこない場合はebayに詐欺の事例として報告します。
