As far as I read they don t charge me the costs for sending back as is declined the package and never had it in my hands. If you want I can send you a copy of the letter I received about this, however it s in german.

私の理解によると、パッケージの受け取りを拒否され私の手に届かなかったので、返送費を請求しないそうです。お望みであれば本件について私が受け取った通知のコピーをお送りできます。でも、ドイツ語で書かれています。
