私共はeBayとPaypalの登録の住所に商品をお送りしております。
どちらも登録住所は下記のようになっておりました。
一度郵便物が日本を離れてしまうと、日本の管轄ではなくなってしまうので、
私共で送り先の変更はできません。
お客様の方で、郵便局まで取りに行っていただければ受け取れる可能性がありますので一度郵便局に問い合わせてみてください。
無理であれば、私に返送されたものを再度正しい住所にお送りすることになります。
ご迷惑をおかけ致しますが、ご理解の程お願い致します。

We send the items to the address registered in eBay and PayPal.
Both addresses were identical, which are mentioned below.
Once the mail article leaves Japan, it is not under the control of Japan Post Office any more, so we cannot change the destination address.
If you can pick up the article at your nearest post office by yourself, you can possibly receive it. Can you please make inquiry to your local post office?
If you would not be able to get it, then I will resend the item to the correct address after I receive the article which is sent back to me.
I am sorry for bothering you, but I appreciate your understanding.

We sent to the registered address in both eBay and Paypal.
Both registered address is as below.
Once the parcel was shipped off from Japan, it is not controlled in Japan, and we cannot change the delivery address.
It may be possible for you to visit post office to collect, so please try to check with post office.
If it doesn't work, we will resend returned parcel.

We can't change the address once the package goes out of Japan due to the administer.
Could you please go to the post office to check out, because if you go there, you might receive your package.
If you can't do that, the package will be sent to the right address after it returned to us.
